The Difference Between a Library and a Framework
Libraries and frameworks both provide reusable code, but they serve different purposes.
A library is a collection of functions that developers call when needed, maintaining full control over their code. Examples include Lodash (JavaScript) and NumPy (Python).
A framework, however, defines the application's structure and controls how the code is executed. It follows Inversion of Control (IoC), meaning the framework calls the developer's code, not the other way around. Examples include Angular and Django.
